Project Details: 1500x38 longitudinally welded steel pipe,Length from 55m to 65m .Steel Grade S355J2G3.Only 12 pieces,but one piece is over 60 tons.which mean normal cranes at Shanghai port are not workable.After negotiations with shipping lines,the bulk vessel sail directly to our port.This project won Grand Piling pretigous fame in Euopean piling industry.

Project Details: The project requires tubular pipe piles combined with steel sheet piles.All steel pipes are 28m in X56 steel grade,API standard.Steel sheet pile and pipe clutchs are all supplied by Grand Piling.Type IIIw steel sheet piles,length from 14-20 meters.Interlock length is surley same as sheet piles.Direct sailings to Dubai,UAE.

Project Details: This project used Grang Piling’cold Rolled Z type sheet pile GPZ19 685x401x9.Surelly have to use our cold rolled interlocks and pipe piles. After negotiation with project owner,we learn whats the minimum strength required on the interlocks,and Grand Piling supplied all in a package. Pipe pile are 30m,sheet pile and interlocks are 22m.all are deliveried to Shanghai port by big trucks. Pipe dimensions 1200x20 spirally welded pipes. 148 pieces.
14. Hangzhou Bay Bridge,Hangzhou,China. 2010
Project Details: The Hangzhou Bay Bridge is the longest cross-sea bridge in the world.This is also one of biggest piling projects have done.The biggest length was 89m,and diameter all 1600m.thickness 18-15mm.In total, 5,600 huge steel piles have been installed. Several hundred million yuan were spent on quality checks of these steel piles, which have proved to withstand 4,000 tons of force from crash by large vessels.For operations in deep water, a 3,000-ton and a 2,200-ton special floating cranes were also manufactured and put in use to lift the bridge.

Project Details: Steel pipe piling with clutch are supplied.1200x18 pipes,length ranging from 18m to 35m.With backing rings welded spirally inside,height 8mm.Grand Piling also supplied interlocks to weld onto pipes at its factory.
