Cold Formed Sheet Pile Connectors

Cold formed sheet piling connectors are made to turn corners in sheet pile walls. The connectors are made from the sheets themselves and are fabricated by press breaking the flange.

B2 Corner
The B2 corner is made by breaking the curved flange of a SCZ/SKZ pile. The angle can vary between 80 and 225 degrees. The length of the leg is five inches.

B3 Corner
The B3 corner is made by breaking the straight flange of a SCZ/SKZ pile. The angle can vary between 80 and 225 degrees. The length of the leg is five inches.

SKL/SKS Corner
The SKL/SKS corner pile is made by breaking the middle of the back of the pan section. The angle can vary between 80 and 225 degrees.
