Cold rolled sheet piles

Cold rolled sheet piles are designed and produced according to the customers specific demands. 

The dimensions, weight and technical specifications of these sheet piles can match the exact specifications which are required in the building- and project plans.

We have cold rolled sheet piles as Pan-type-, U-type- and Z-type in our delivery program. They are suitable in various constructions in thicknesses from 0,157 inch (light) up to 0,610 inch (heavy) in lengths up to 78 ft. or longer on request.

• Larger effective width = fewer interlock seals 
• Less sheet piles per wall ft = Less handling 
• Suitable for smaller quantities 
• Short delivery times 
• Alternative to tropical hardwood or vinyl sheet piles 

The IBO sheet piles are an European product. Some examples of our IBO sections are mentioned in the data sheets which you can find on the left side of this page. The design of the IBO sections can be changed and optimized according to your specific requirements. We reach the required section modules (in3/ft) and moment of inertia (in3/ft) with less weight (lb/ft²). On small and big projects this will result in saving weight and money.
