CP1 and CP2 Corner Piles for Sheet Piling

Both CP1 and CP2 provides excellent time and cost savings to your job site by being able to quickly deploy corner piles in a safe and efficient manner.

CP1 – Corner Pile 1 is our most versatile Corner Sheet Pile. It is able to connect Hot Rolled Sheet Piles of European Larssen / JIS interlock for 60 degrees up to 150 degrees. This interlock is also capable of connecting Hot Rolled Sheet Piles and Cold Formed Steel Sheet Piles. It could also be combined with pipes to formed a interlocking element to connect sheet piles.

Able to connect Type 2 / 3 / 3A / 4 Sheet Piles as well as European sections.

CP2 – Corner Pile 2 is best suited for JIS Standard Sheet Piles commonly used in the market in South East Asian Markets. They are in S355GP steel grade and in 11.8m length as standard. We can customize lengths as per your requirements as well as steel grades.

CP2 is also the foremost element and can replace the C6 or C9 interlock for connecting pipe and sheet pile interlocks.
