ASF round steel tie rod includes ASF355 ASF460 ASF500 ASF600 ASF900 depending on different steel grades.Normally, the forces are transferred to anchor plates. When using concrete anchor plates, it is necessary to excavate as deep as the underside of the concrete element so that the plate can be installed. The required length of the round steel tie rod depends on the analysis of the lower failure plane. We also have Anchor/waling joints Rear plates T-connections for anchors,Connections in combined sheet piling for anchors,Universal joints at waling. The depth of the anchor plate is established by verifying the safety against failure of the soil in front of the plate.

Steel tie rods can be upset threads or rolled threads with DIN EN 1993-5 and EAU 2012 standard for sheet piling and marine structure.ASF 355 460 500 tie bars are more used for waterfront structures, harbours and waterways. ASF 600 and 900 tie rods has two kinds of ends:eye anchor or T-head anchor. We can also produce and supply sheet pile wailing and accessories, including waling bracket, waling bolt with head and nut And waling stud with two nuts.

Connecting elements includes turnbuckles for anchors, couplers for anchors,Hinged turnbuckles for anchors,Hexagonal nuts,Calotte nuts,Rocker plate for anchors,Shackle joint for anchors,Threaded rocker plate for anchors.Round steel tie rods are mostly installed horizontally or at a very shallow angle because otherwise a deep anchor wall would require extensive excavations in order to connect the anchorage.
