SKSP Type Sheet Pile

SKSP sheet piles are suitable for temperate climate. SKSP type ⅡW, ⅢW, ⅣW sheet pile can be driven to the final required level using an IHC S90 hydraulic hammer. SKSP type ⅠA,Ⅱ, IIA, Ⅲ, ⅢA, Ⅳ, ⅤL, ⅥL sheet piling is most cost effective in situations when a piled foundation is required to support the bridge or where speed of construction is critical. Steel reinforced concrete is the most common construction material for small to modest sized structures, such as those used for residential and condominium protection. Installation was done by pitching the sheet piles in a piling frame and driving to refusal with an ICE 815 vibro hammer. Abutments formed from SKSP sheet piling can act as both foundation and abutment and can be driven in a single operation, requiring a minimum of space and time for construction. Prefabricated panels of 5 to 8 m (16 to 24 ft) deep with tongue-and-groove joint can be installed with high efficiency. A dense concrete of rich mix is recommended with a water to cement ratio of 0.44 to 0.40.
